Results of reading the punch cards are provided as a text file, which Excel and word processors can read.
The data will be provided to you electronically, by e-mail only.
We need our data converted to comma-separated format. Can you help?
Sure. By default, we will output exactly what's on the card, with nothing added. But if you need commas added, we can do that.
When you submit your free trial cards, please indicate which columns are meant to be separate fields, and what their data types are.
Example:
We will insert a comma after column 6, drop column 7, insert a comma after 12, insert another comma after 13, and drop everything after 72.
In alpha (string) fields, leading and trailing blanks will be dropped, and quotes will be placed around the remaining characters.

Definitely.
Does shipping cost a lot?
A standard box of 2000 cards weighs under 12 pounds and can be mailed for about $7 in the USA
(that's a third of a penny per card).

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. PayPal is our credit card processor. At the appropriate time, we will press a button, and PayPal will show you an online payment form, where you may type your credit card number. Please do not send your credit card number directly to us.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. At payment time, you will see a payment window that looks like this. That is all.
